About the role
- Preparing and presenting high-quality food across a range of settings including café service, catered functions, and special events
- Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver menus that meet client expectations, dietary requirements, and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in accordance with WHS and food safety requirements
- Managing food preparation workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving, rotation, and minimising waste
- Adapting to varied work environments and menus across UNElife’s hospitality venues and off-site event locations
