Kim Lawrence | Exec Team

Kim Lawrence brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and organisational efficiency to her role as Chief Executive Officer at UNE Life. With a career spanning the international arena, Kim has held key positions including Head of Finance & Administration at Booz·Allen & Hamilton, and Legal & Regulatory Analyst at British Airways in London.

Prior to joining UNE in 2022, Kim spent 20 years as a business consultant in Sydney, helping organisations optimise their operations and achieve profitability. Her expertise in establishing robust governance structures and improving operational efficiency makes her a valuable addition in leading the UNE Life team.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and became a Chartered Accountant in 1998. She has enhanced her financial acumen with a Masters in Taxation from UNSW and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.

When not at work, Kim enjoys playing squash and tennis, and spends time on her small family farm tending to cattle.
