Greg Hughes | Non-Executive Director

Greg Hughes is an experienced Company Director, Consultant and C Suite executive with over 20 years’ of experience in health, member organisations, disability services, and education. Greg was a founding partner and managing director of Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) and has held senior executive roles as group COO at Capitol Health Ltd and Healius Ltd.

Greg is an experienced director in not-for-profit, listed and private entities, including the Australian Diagnostic Imaging Association, Irabina Autism Services, St Bernard’s College, Osteopathy Australia, Lake Imaging and served as a Hearing Panel Member of AHPRA.

He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Master Health Services Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons), a Graduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasonography (Dis) and is currently completing a Master of Business Law.

With a strong background in strategy, governance, human resources, business development and Government relations he currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Butterfly Foundation and Chair of the Maribyrnong Park Sports Club.
