Ben thrives on making meaningful changes in his work. With over 14 years of experience in the university sector, he’s been a driving force in student experience, business operations, and service development in a not-for-profit environment.

He’s insatiably curious, pulling apart ideas and reassembling them in ways that make sense, drive purpose, and deliver results. While he now spends more time in strategy and policy than with students directly, his work is fuelled by a deep belief in the power of co-curricular experiences to shape lives.

Outside work, you will find Ben with his dog Troy Bolton on a weekend adventure, with a book or planning his next overseas trip.
