Level 1/2 Desktop Support Engineer Green Light’s delivery team are looking for a Level 1/2 Desktop Support

This role, reporting directly to the IT Manager on site, will provide professional, customer-focused, technical support to their large internal user base. The Level 1/2 Desktop Support will be passionate about providing exemplary customer service to the end-users. If you are looking to start your career in IT and gain experience a level 1 Desktop Support Engineer may be the position for you.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 technical issues
• Ensuring the functionality of new hardware
• Deploy software updates

Experience

The Role

You will be selling raffle/art union entries over the phone to raise funds for Not-for-Profit organisations that 4Mile represents. You will be working at a workspace organised by UNE Life.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight

Light Cleaning at Bed and Breakfast



Student wanted to assist with Cleaning of Bed and Breakfast close to town

The cleaning is not heavy – there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The time involved would be in the vicinity of one hour to an hour and a half. This may be periodic and would be from 10.30 in the morning for about one hour. The time can be juggled to fit with lectures if necessary. The student will need a car.

Preferably, the student will need to be living in Armidale during the university holidays to continue working during this period. If they would like to come out to meet us, and discuss the job, we would be happy to speak with them, and perhaps they could bring along any references from previous employers where relevant.

Group Fitness Instructors | SportUNE

Essential Criteria:

SENIOR HAIRSTYLIST

Essential Criteria:

This role requires a skill level which assumes and requires knowledge or training equivalent to:

Completion of a minimum Cert III in Hairdressing level qualification; and

An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Ensure customer’s needs are identified.
  • Carry out treatments in a relaxed friendly and clean environment.
  • Book customer’s appointments with efficient time allocated for each appointment.
  • Provide consultation and advice to customers if/when required, especially with providing colour services.
  • Provide all hairdressing services and cosmetic services including facial waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
  • Ensure completion of customer’s record cards for every colour service provided.
  • Operate POS to receive payments from customers and maintain appointments.
  • Maintain a clean working area and sanitise tools after each customer.
  • Promote and demonstrate products for retail.
  • Attempt to resolve complaints/ customer feedback within the Salon with the support of Salon Manager.
  • Undertake general cleaning duties to ensure the Salon is kept to high standards.
  • Ensure relevant infection prevention and control procedures are followed at all times.
  • Operate and manage Sleek Hair Studio in the absence of Salon Manager when required.
  • Ability to remain ‘current’ – willingness to undertake training to further enhance skills.
  • Be aware of the University’s and UNE Life’s policies and procedures relating to equal opportunity, risK management, Workplace Health and Safety, records management and quality assurance as they apply to this position.
