One Bedroom Cottage Armidale

My accommodation is a one bedroom cottage, fully furnished. It has a separate queen sized bedroom, separate lounge dining space, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The cottage shares the garden space with my house and another larger cottage. For this reason I require someone who is quiet and clean, non smoker with no pets. I am looking for a post graduate student or a mature age student. The tenant will need to pay for the electricity and I will pay for water. The cottage does have an electric heater and electric blankets. There is a wood heater and the tenant would need to supply their own wood. There is no laundry but access to a washing machine is possible. A 4 week bond is required. Rent can be negotiated in exchange for pet minding when I am away.
