UNE Social Running Group | Armidale

Join the UNE Social Running Group for their weekly running session on Thursdays. UNE staff, students and the wider community are invited to join in to connect with colleagues and friends, and focus on their overall wellbeing

Make sure to wear shoes and clothing suitable to run in and bring a water bottle for hydration.

Pickleball Doubles Competition | Armidale

Join SportUNE’s official 5-week Pickleball doubles competition starting March 4th. Open to students, staff, and the wider community, this competition offers both social and competitive divisions.

Date: March 4th (5-week competition)

Time: Tuesdays, 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Divisions: Social & Competitive

Team Registration: $60 per team (closes March 2nd)

Prize: Winning team receives 2 x 1-month SportUNE memberships

This March, we are “Marching On” to support Soldier On’s life-saving mental health services, providing critical support for veterans and their families when they need it most. Step up with us, and help raise awareness and vital funds to help prevent veteran suicide and support those who have served.

This World Physical Activity Day, join the Physical Health Research Stream for an insightful webinar exploring the importance of physical activity and health. Moderated by Professor Tracy Kolbe-Alexander, the panel features leading experts in the field: Associate Professor Sjaan Gomersall (The University of Queensland), Professor Stuart Biddle (University of Southern Queensland), and Kate Anderson (Darby) (Geelong Cats AFLW player and four-time Community Champion Award winner).
