Be sure to fill out your Graduation Services Order Form early to ensure you have everything prepared for your graduation day.
So that they can commemorate the day, we offer graduands the option of purchasing their academic dress.
To purchase, complete the online order form below. The purchase of items is on an individual basis and graduands should allow up to 1 week if they are collecting from the UNE campus, or 2 weeks should they like the items posted.
Prices are as follows;
Standard Purchase Pack – $150
Includes everything a graduand will require, regardless of the award.
Also includes complimentary postage, gift boxed UNE Pen, 15% off Lunch Packages (BBQ or Sitdown) and 10% off UNE Merchandise purchased in the same order.
Or, if you have already obtained certain clothing items, you may choose to purchase items individually;
For orders within the 2 week period of graduation, we are unable to guarantee delivery so ensure orders are placed early.
To hire (PhD Only)
To hire an academic dress, the graduand is required to pay the full hire fee prior to arriving on Graduation Day. Orders will not be processed without full payment of hire. The hire of gowns and other items can be completed online by following the online order form below.
Prices are as follows;
Standard Hire Pack – $130
(includes everything a graduand will require)
Or, if you have already obtained certain clothing items, you may choose to hire items individually;
PhD Gown – $55
PhD Hood – $40
PhD Bonnet (hired) – $35
*Should you wish to cancel a hire, a full refund is available up to 10 days before the graduation ceremony. After this time, the graduand forfeits the hire fee.
Where do I go to pick up my gown?
If you’ve hired or purchased your academic dress through UNE Life, you’ll need to proceed to The Shop which is located in the Ingrid Moses courtyard at UNE.
Signage will be on campus on the morning of Graduation, so please take notice or ask one of the UNE staff, positioned around the grounds on the day.
