Awarded to a club that has brought value to the UNE community, engages students with events and activities, maintains regular contact with members and delivers on its objectives and purpose. |
| JCR of the Year | This award celebrates the outstanding achievement of one UNE College JCR throughout the last 12 months (1 September 2022 – 31 August 2023). Awarded to a JCR that has brought value to their college community, engages students with events and activities, and maintains regular contact with members. |
| New Club of the Year | This award celebrates the outstanding achievement of one new UNE Life Affiliated Club or Society who has joined the Clubs and Socs Program over the last 12 months (1 September 2022 – 31 August 2023). Awarded to a club that has brought value to the UNE community, engages students with events and activities, maintains regular contact with members and delivers on its objectives and purpose. |
| Contribution to Campus Culture | (Individual) This special award is awarded to a student who has made their mark on the community of UNE students. A student who has made UNE a better place because of the dedication they have shown to improving the University experience of their fellow students. |
| President of the Year | (Individual) Showing exceptional character and demonstrating clear dedication to their club(s), this award celebrates a Club, Society or JCR President who has acted as an outstanding leader during their tenure as President. |
| Secretary of the Year | (Individual) Showing exceptional character and demonstrating clear dedication to their club(s), this award celebrates a Club, Society or JCR Secretary who has acted as an outstanding leader during their tenure as Secretary. |
| Treasurer of the Year | (Individual) Showing exceptional character and demonstrating clear dedication to their club(s), this award celebrates a Club, Society or JCR Treasurer who has acted as an outstanding leader during their tenure as Treasurer. |
| Club Member of the Year | (Individual) Showing exceptional character, this award celebrates a club member who has demonstrated outstanding dedication and service to their club(s) over the last 12 months.
* Cannot be awarded to a person acting as President, Secretary or Treasurer of the Club they are applying for. |
| Social Event of the Year | This award celebrates an outstanding club social event that successfully engaged UNE students; showed creativity in marketing, and achieved key objectives within budget. |
| Academic Event of the Year | This award celebrates an outstanding club academic event (or program) that successfully engaged UNE students; showed creativity in program structure, and achieved key objectives within budget. |
| Online Activation of the Year | This award celebrates an outstanding club event ran with the primary goal of engaging with online students. This should be an event that successfully engaged UNE students; showed creativity in marketing, and achieved key objectives within budget. |
| Cultural Event of the Year | This award celebrates an outstanding club cultural event that successfully engaged UNE students; showed creativity in marketing, and achieved key objectives within budget. |
| Community Outreach Program Award | This award celebrates a club that has made its mark on the broader community by engaging its membership in a dedicated Community Outreach Program. |
| Marketing Campaign of the Year | This award celebrates the exceptional use of creativity to develop a marketing campaign to promote the club or a club event. |
| Merchandise Award | This award celebrates the use of creativity to develop a product to fundraise or promote the club. |
| Sponsor of the Year | This award celebrates the sponsor of a club or event who has made a tremendous impact on the success of the sponsored activity. |
