Details: The Manager’s Residence offers the perfect mix of opulent furnishings, polished floorboards and modern appliances to ensure both an enjoyable and comfortable stay for guests. The main apartment offers two large bedrooms with high ceilings and king-sized beds, formal lounge and dining rooms, bathroom and fully self-contained kitchen. The additional two bedrooms (one with twin king singles and the other with one king single) are annexed to the large north-facing verandah. Please keep in mind the main apartment has to be exited to access these two bedrooms. Ideal for teenagers as they can completely escape into their own space!

The Manager’s Residence provides all linen and towelling. While the crafted fireplaces are ornamental only, the property offers ducted heating/cooling to the Main Apartment for chilly winter and warmer summer nights, and stand-alone heaters for each of the annexed bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets and there are spare blankets and pillows in the blanket boxes at the foot of both the king-sized beds.

Parking: With secure, gated car parking for one vehicle, and prime location in the very heart of our beautiful City, you can leave the car parked and walk wherever you need to go.

Location: Located in the heart of the CBD, on the western side of the Armidale Mall.
